In Review: Last week, Wednesday, January 24, the Senate Committee on General Laws held a public hearing on Senate Bill 844, relating to copay coupons. PCMA, the business community, and laborers all testified in opposition to the bill.
Up Next: After the hearing, PCMA and members talked about following up with the committee and Senate leadership to see if there is an appetite to approve Senate Bill 844. Depending on the outcome of these meetings, PCMA will work with members on a mitigation strategy.
