  4. HB 186 – insulin coverage mandate, copay cap $100 for all supplies, regardless of quantity or type

  6. HB 309 – any willing provider
  7. HB 398 – contraceptive coverage mandate
  8. HB 487 – fertility coverage mandate
  9. SB 178 – contraceptive coverage mandate
  10. SB 308 – Co-Pay Ban
  11. SB 519 – Emergency Dispensing Authority
  12. SB 512 – Anti- PBM Omnibus
  13. SB 499 – Any Willing Provider
  14. SB 45 – Anti-PBM Omnibus
  15. HB 372 – Anti-PBM Omnibus
  16. SB 299 – Cost-sharing Restrictions
  17. SB 230 – Prior Authorization Restrictions
  18. SB 175 – Insulin Co-Pay Cap
  19. SB 158 – Opioid Alternatives Coverage Mandate
  20. HB 618 – Prior Authorization Restrictions
  21. HB 474 – Anti-PBM Omnibus
  22. HB 471 – Emergency Dispensing of Insulin
