In Review: Missouri has begun prefiling legislation for the upcoming legislative session. So far, PCMA has identified the following four bills of concern:
- SB 13 – relating to 340B, affiliate/steering, any willing pharmacy, biosimilar, white bagging
- HB 79 – alternative funding/patient assistance programs, copay accumulator, copay maximizer
- SB 187 – copay accumulator ban
- HB 186 – insulin coverage mandate, copay cap $100 for all supplies, regardless of quantity or type
