In Review: The Missouri House Committee on Insurance held a hearing on HB 618, a bill to implement gold carding. PCMA submitted testimony in opposition and is collecting feedback from the industry on changes to improve the bill. We will work with the Chairman and bill sponsor on an amendment once we have reached consensus across member companies.

Up Next: The Missouri House Committee on Health has scheduled for hearing HBs 982 and 840, anti-PBM omnibus measures including a spread pricing ban, fiduciary mandate, and other provisions. The committee will also hear HB 784, a 340B measure. PCMA is coordinating with the Insurance Coalition to provide testimony in opposition.
