In Review: Today, the Missouri House Committee on Health has scheduled for hearing HBs 982 and HB 840, anti-PBM omnibus measures including a spread pricing ban, fiduciary mandate, and other provisions. PCMA will be present to testify in opposition. The committee will also hear HB 784, a 340B measure. In the Senate, the Committee on Insurance will hear SB 158, mandating coverage for opioid alternatives, and SB 230 a bill to enact gold carding.
