In Review: On Monday, February 19, the Senate Committee on Insurance and Banking held a public hearing on the following three bills; Senate Bill 751 relating to white bagging, Senate Bill 978 relating to 340B program, and Senate Bill 1035, also relating to 340B program. PCMA testified in opposition to all of the bills.
