In Review: On Monday, March 4, the House Committee on Health and Mental Health Policy held a public hearing on House Bill 1627, an omnibus PBM bill. PCMA testified in opposition. The Chairman of the committee truncated PCMA’s testimony and did not allow four individuals to speak in opposition to the committee. Later that evening, PCMA and other stakeholders gave a 45-minute presentation to an off-site House Republican Caucus event. The focus of the event was to talk about all the legislation pending before the legislature. The House Speaker has followed up with stakeholders about next steps.
