In Review: The Missouri House Committee on Insurance voted to advance HB 618 (gold carding). The bill now awaits referral to a Rules Committee for further review.
Up Next: PCMA along with representatives from the industry, will meet with the sponsor of SB 45 (anti-PBM omnibus) to discuss alternative language to many of the proposals contained in the bill. SB 45 is pending placement on the Senate Perfection Calendar, at which point it will become eligible for Floor debate.
