In Review: On Monday, March 4, the House Committee on Health and Mental Health Policy is holding a public hearing on House Bill 1627, an omnibus PBM bill. PCMA will be testifying in opposition. Later that evening, at 7:00 P.M. in Jefferson City, PCMA and other stakeholders secured a 30-minute presentation to an off-site House Republican Caucus event. The focus of the event is to ‘get in the weeds’ about PBMs given the over 20 bills being introduced during this legislative session. PCMA has two member companies representing our industry.
