In Review: With approximately one month left in the legislative session, PCMA continues to track over 20 bills impacting PBMs. At this time, none of the bills have been passed by one house. This week, one bill has been placed on the House calendar and two on the Senate calendar. The House has calendared House Bill 1628, relating to copay coupons, and the Senate has calendared, Senate Bill 751, relating to 340B, white bagging, and biosimilars, and Senate Bill 844, relating to copay coupons. The timeline as to when these bills would be considered by the House or the Senate is not clear.

Up Next: PCMA will continue to work with members and stakeholders about the next steps. Additionally, meetings with legislative leaders are scheduled for early next week.
