In Review: Last week, the Missouri Senate debated a multipolicy bill, Senate Bill 751, relating to white bagging, biosimilars, and 340B. An amendment to the bill was accepted by the Senate that eliminates the provisions relating to white bagging and biosimilars, leaving only the 340B provisions remaining. This bill is expected to be voted out of the Senate sometime next week. Missouri has 18 days left in the legislative session and will remain vigilant about any standalone bills or single amendments that seek to impact PBMs.
