In Review: Last Tuesday, April 30, the Missouri Senate passed Senate Bill 751 as amended. The amendment deleted the language relating to white bagging and biosimilars. The only provision that remains relates to 340B. Missouri has 11 days left in the legislative session and will remain vigilant about any standalone bills or single amendments that seek to impact PBMs.
