Up Next: LB 917 (prior auth for Rx) is scheduled for a hearing on Feb 13. LB 990 (self-funded plans, specialty, mail order) and LB 1232 (mandatory pharmacy reimbursement). Senator Justin Wayne (D) designated LB 1232 as a priority bill, meaning it gets priority consideration if/when it comes out of committee. This is especially important in 2024, which is the second, shorter year of the two-year session. We will continue to coordinate our strategy with the Nebraska Insurance Federation and the Nebraska Blues.
