In Review: LB 917 (prior auth) was heard by the Banking, Commerce, and Insurance Committee hearing last Wednesday, February 13. PCMA submitted written testimony in opposition to the bill. Michelle Crimmins (Prime Therapeutics), Robert Bell (Nebraska Insurance Federation), and Jeremiah Blake (Nebraska Blues) all testified in person in opposition. To date, the committee has not taken any action on the bill.
