Up Next: Next Tuesday, two coverage mandate bills (LB 780 – coverage of eating disorders and LB 1222 – coverage of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia) will be heard in the Banking, Commerce, and Insurance Committee, and members have requested that PCMA submit comment letters on each of them to make it known there is opposition. Next week is the final week of committee hearings for the session.
