Up Next: LB 990 (ERISA, mail, AWSP) and LB 1232 (reimbursement) will be heard on Tuesday, February 27, in the Banking, Commerce and Insurance Committee. PCMA will testify in-person in opposition along with Robert Bell (Nebraska Insurance Federation) and Jeremiah Blake (Nebraska Blues). Tuesday is the last day of hearings in the Committee, so absent a legislator designating either bill a priority, both bills will have a limited opportunity for consideration in this year’s shorter session.
