In Review: On Tuesday, two coverage mandate bills, LB 780 – coverage of eating disorders and LB 1222 – coverage of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia, were heard in the Banking, Commerce, and Insurance Committee, and PCMA submitted written comment letters on each bill. These bills have not been prioritized by their respective sponsors.
