In Review: Bill sent around a draft comment on LB 917 (prior authorization), which will be heard before the Committee on Banking, Commerce and Insurance on February 13. We have been asked by our health plan partners not to testify but to provide written comments. Members have been asked to provide Bill with any feedback on the draft letter by COB Monday, February 5.
