In Review: There was a hearing on Tuesday in the Banking, Commerce, and Insurance Committee on LB 1062 , which is a clean-up of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager Licensure and Regulation Act. An amendment was offered dealing with the “Unfair Insurance Trade Practices Act”. No parties testified in opposition to this bill, and PCMA is monitoring it.
