Nebraska Weekly Update 3.3.25

Up Next: The Banking Commerce and Insurance Committee will hear three PBM related bills on Monday, March 3. LB 198 (omnibus), LB 158 (copay coupons) and LB 533 (white bagging). PCMA and Prime Therapeutics will testify in opposition to LB 198 and LB 158 while our health plan partners take the lead on LB 533. We continue to urge the committee to not advance any PBM legislation but, rather, hold interim stakeholder meetings to identify what issue(s) they want to solve for and how best to do that without burdening payers or patients. The last day of hearings for this committee is March 17.
