In Review: The Nebraska Pharmacists Association provided responses to our suggested amendments to LB 198 (spread, reimbursement, mail, steering, specialty). They still want a ban on spread pricing and contend the terms and conditions for specialty pharmacies are such that only affiliated pharmacies can meet them. Members were asked to provide examples of terms and conditions by today.
