Nebraska Weekly Update 3.4.24

In Review: The Banking, Commerce and Insurance Committee heard LB 990 (ERISA, mail order, AWSP) and LB 1232 (reimbursement) last week. It was a very contentious hearing Bill (PCMA) and Michelle Crimmins (Prime Therapeutics) testified in opposition along with the Nebraska Insurance Federation and the Nebraska Blues.

Up Next: Last week’s hearings were the last day for bills to be heard by the Banking, Commerce and Insurance Committee. Absent them being designated priority bills, they are unlikely to pass in this year’s shorter session. We have been encouraging the committee to hold informational briefings following session from everyone in the supply chain.
