In Review: A version of California’s omnibus PBM bill from 2024 (SB 966) may be introduced in the Senate in the very near future. In the meantime, Senator Dina Neal (D) has introduced a bill (SB 192) essentially applying the state’s antitrust laws to PBM vertical integration.
