In Review: PCMA met with policy staff from the office of Governor Joe Lombardo (R) to discuss the redrafting of a PBM bill for the 2027 legislative session. Lindsey Parobek Miller and Keiko Duncan from his staff indicated that they are in close coordination with Senator Rochelle Nguyen (D) to form a workgroup of PBM stakeholders to meet imminently, and that while the Governor was not leading the drafting, the Senator would likely revise and reintroduce her 2015 PBM bill, which contained delinking, spread ban, anti-mail, and fiduciary provisions.
