Nevada Weekly Update 4.21.25

In Review: PCAM spoke with the health care reporter from the Nevada Independent last week on background regarding SB 316 (ban on spread pricing, transparency, copay coupons, steering, and delinking).

Up Next: We have been told SB 316 will go through the Senate Finance Committee. PCMA and members on the ground continue meeting with the Senate and Assembly leadership to share our frustration on delinking and copay coupons being added in the Senate Commerce and Labor work session without the opportunity for public comment.
