Nevada Weekly Update 6.9.25

In Review: Senate Bill 316 (spread pricing, fiduciary to plan and enrollee, transparency) passed the Assembly but failed to get back to the Senate in time for legislators to concur before they adjourned sine die.

Up Next: The legislature does not reconvene until 2027. However, we anticipate the interest in regulating PBMs will only intensify in the interim. We will work with PCMA members on an interim strategy.
