In Review: PCMA members met with Sen. Rosenwald (D) to discuss her bill, which would change the definition of PBM to include self-funded plans, fiduciary duty, and a ban on spread pricing. PCMA will testify in the Senate Health and Human Services Committee hearing on Wednesday, January 14th on this bill. PCMA will continue to work with the Chair of the committee and the Sponsor of the bill.
