In Review: The Senate Health and Human Services Committee has two anti-PBM omnibus bills scheduled for January. PCMA testified on a bill this week that impacts self-funded plans, fiduciary duty, a ban on spread pricing, and affiliate language. Next week, a bill on delinking will be heard, and PCMA plans on testifying. PCMA will continue to meet with the Chair and members of the committee to reiterate our talking points.
