In Review: PCMA testified in opposition to yesterday’s Senate Health and Human Services Committee on SB 17, which would require copay coupons to be applied to a patient’s deductible. Last year, the bill moved through the Senate and ultimately got tied up in a conference in the House, but it failed before the session adjourned. The hearing went quickly, and PCMA will continue to monitor and provide updates.
