In Review: This week, PCMA testified in opposition to SB 478. Comments were focused on delinking/PBM compensation, ERISA, mail-order, and the conflicting duties of care. PCMA will meet with the Committee Chair and key stakeholders to mitigate the current PBM bills in committee.
