In Review: A delinking bill was filed by a Republican Senator and will be introduced in the 2026 legislative session. PCMA has already met with the bill’s sponsor and Governor Kelly Ayotte (R) to express our concerns. PCMA will continue to develop a strategy and meet with key stakeholders over the next few weeks, leading up to a potential hearing as early as January.
