In Review: The Senate Health and Human Services held a hearing on SB 256, which would limit white bagging. PCMA worked closely with the bill sponsor to amend the bill to require a hospital that dispenses a drug to match the PBM specialty pharmacy price. We anticipate the committee will support the amendment, which includes the reimbursement language.
