In Review: The Senate Health and Human Services Committee held a hearing requiring at least 50% of rebates to be offered to a patient at the point-of-sale. PCMA’s retained counsel testified in the hearing, as well as AHIP. PCMA will continue to work with key stakeholders on the bill.
Up Next: The Senate Health and Human Services Committee will hold a hearing on a 340B on Wednesday, February 21. PCMA is neutral on the bill but will continue to monitor for any activity.
