In Review: The legislature adjourned Thursday night, and PCMA was able to mitigate and defeat legislation heavily pushed by PhRMA and Governor Chris Sununu (R). PCMA mitigated a point-of-sale rebate bill down to a rebate reporting bill. Also, a bill requiring copay coupons to be applied to a patient’s deductible ultimately failed in a committee conference between the House and Senate. A PBM study bill, which PCMA monitored, passed and will head to the Governor’s desk for signature.
