Up Next: New Jersey’s legislative biennium concludes this week, signifying the defeat of several PCMA-tracked pieces of legislation, most notably A4953 relating to PBM delinking. One exception is the passage of A5217 / S3818 which prohibits the use of copay accumulators and will take effect in March 2026.
