In Review: As New Jersey began its 221st legislative session last week, Assemblyman Roy Freiman (D) was named chair of the Assembly Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee. Chairman Freiman had previously sponsored 2023’s enacted PBM licensure law. Additionally, the Senate Health and Human Services Committee will be vice-chaired by Senator Troy Singleton (D).
