In Review: PCMA met with Senate Commerce Committee Chairman Joseph Lagana (D) this week regarding S2345, which includes delinking, fiduciary requirements, and network restrictions. The Chair indicated that while the Assembly sponsor is still encouraging movement on his bill, Sen. Lagana is not scheduling the bill to be heard in the Senate anytime soon, and if it were to be heard, it would likely be discussed only.
