In Review: PCMA met with New Jersey Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin (D), AMO Deputy Executive Director Dan Harris, AMO Counsel Mark Iaconelli, and Adviser to the Speaker Stephan Lally about PCMA’s opposition to A. 4953, a delinking bill that also applies to ERISA plans and requires PBMs owe a fiduciary duty to the long term health outcomes of the patient.

Up Next: On Monday, January 27, the Assembly Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee will hear both A1825 (step therapy) and A5217 (copay accumulators) in committee with the intent to advance them. PCMA will submit written opposition testimony.
