In Review: After the elections on Tuesday, the lame duck session will begin in earnest with hearings beginning on November 10. PCMA is anticipating that the delinking/fiduciary/dispensing fees legislation, AB 4953 could be heard in committee as soon as November 24. Starting on Monday, PCMA is launching a digital advertising campaign opposing “delinking” legislation. In addition, our on-the-ground field team in the state is active and working to secure grasstops voices opposing the “delinking” bill.
