In Review: PCMA learned this week that A4953 (delinking bill) is schedule to be heard in the AFI committee on Thursday, December 11. Despite multiple hearings on the bill, this s the first action on the bill since its first committee of reference in the Assembly late in 2024. The Senate, where we have a delinking companion bill, is still not scheduled to meet during the lame duck.
