New Jersey Weekly Update 2.27.26

In Review: PCMA met with Senators Joe Cryan (D) and Gordon Johnson (D) regarding the Senate Commerce Committee’s consideration of S 2345 — the delinking, fiduciary, dispensing fee, and network restrictions bill. PCMA updated them both on the enactment of the CAA at the federal level. Senator Johnson indicated that he agreed that the legislature should wait to see how implementation plays out before enacting something new. Senator Cryan understands that New Jersey is ahead of the curve in regulation and reported that he has not heard that there is any interest in moving the bill forward at this time.
