In Review: Last week, a previously scheduled hearing on SB XYZ was canceled. As a result of conversations with sponsor Senator Troy Singleton (D) and industry stakeholders, PCMA has learned that there may be future work on the bill to change the recently enacted rebate pass-through law from allowing pass-through to either patients or plans to just patients only at the point-of-sale.
