In Review: The Assembly Insurance and Financial Committee heard testimony from economists last week on the state of PBM reform. Notably, Committee Chair and sponsor of A4953 (delinking) Roy Freiman started the session informing the public that the committee plans a hearing for the bill in June.

Up Next: PCMA is working to educate committee members, and leadership in both houses of the detrimental effects on plan sponsors’ costs the bill will have, as well plan for speakers outside of PCMA to represent our position.
