Up Next: Last week, Health Action New Mexico’s Prescription Drug Price Transparency Act, NM HB 33, was introduced by Representative Pamelya Herndon (D). The bill mandates transparency reporting from drug manufacturers, PSAOs, PBMs, and health plans. The language was previously shared with PCMA members, and we will continue to work with AHIP in New Mexico to coordinate our response; however, the limited session this year will create additional hurdles for the bill to be heard.
