North Carolina Weekly Update 11.3.25

In Review: Last week, the North Carolina Department of Insurance shared its draft temporary rules with stakeholders, soliciting feedback by November 7. The draft temporary rules stem from SB 479, passed earlier this year, and include provisions on acquisition cost reimbursement for pharmacies and PBM reporting of rebates, spread pricing, and more. PCMA and members are reviewing the language and will be prepared to provide the Department with feedback. Once formally filed, industry stakeholders will have 15 days to provide formal comments.
