Up Next: Representative Heather Rhyne (R) filed HB 163 last Friday. Mirroring HB 246 from the 2022-2024 legislative session, the bill includes a reimbursement and dispensing fee mandate, a prohibition on spread pricing, limitations on the utilization of mail-order pharmacies, point-of-sale rebates, restrictions on specialty pharmacy accreditation and specialty networks, and more. PCMA will be in Raleigh next week to meet with the bill sponsor and Senate staff to discuss the proposal.
