In Review: Last week, PCMA was in Raleigh for several meetings with House and Senate Leadership policy advisors, Senate Health Chairs, and Representatives Heather Rhyne (R) and Hugh Blackwell (R), who will be leading PBM reform in the House. While no bill draft was shared during the meeting with Rep. Blackwell, it will clearly resemble HB 246 from the last session, plus more.
