In Review: Last week, PCMA and several groups participated in a stakeholder meeting on HB 163 with the bill sponsor, Rep. Rhyne. The group walked line by line through the bill and discussed areas of disagreement, which included: spread pricing, the NADAC +DF mandate, audits, and other granular issues in the bill. While there were some small areas of agreement, there were no substantial commitments from the bill sponsor to change anything. Nonetheless, PCMA is providing the bill sponsor with alternative language and additional items to include, such as supply chain transparency and PSAO regulation.
