In Review: Last week, PCMA counsel, member company representatives, and individuals from the business community met with Senator Benton Sawrey (R) and Senate Health Chairs Jim Burgin (R) and Kevin Corbin (R). The discussion was largely educational. The group did find out that the upcoming Joint Legislative Oversight Committee meeting regarding PBMs will only be relative to North Carolina’s Medicaid program.
