Up Next: The legislature will return to work after a week-long break. HB 163 (NADAC + DF, spread pricing, point-of-sale rebates, audit) will be voted on by the full House on Tuesday. Additionally, SB 479 (decline to fill, point-of-sale rebates, fiduciary) will be heard in the Senate Finance Committee this Wednesday before going to the Rules Committee.
